Steak ’n Shake in Indianapolis is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence, and accountability. You will set up the team for success with strong openings and closings and coach staff to deliver top-notch service.

Qualifications

• Handle opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities.
• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
