Job summary

Steak ’n Shake N Prospect Ave Champaign is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, with focus on opening/closing duties, team leadership and delivering fast, friendly service.

• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
