Position Summary:

This position involves leading and supervising basic operational duties to ensure the delivery of quality products and service to guests.

Essential Job Duties:

1. Perform, lead, and supervise station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable) to meet operational standards.
2. Assist with new employee orientation and training.
3. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
4. Perform, lead, and supervise cleaning and sanitation duties, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, dishwashing, wiping counters, sanitizing food prep areas, cleaning equipment, and grease disposal.
5. Maintain regular attendance.

Additional Duties:

1. Lead shift meetings.
2. Report customer or employee complaints/issues to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
3. Move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds.
4. Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Time/Shift Expectations:

Minimum of 30 hours per week, with irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Work Environment:

Continuous standing, bending, reaching, moving, stooping, stretching, and lifting in a restaurant environment; frequent exposure to heat, hot liquids, and cold storage; occasional exposure to extreme temperatures depending on weather conditions.
