Position Summary

At Dunkin' Donuts, the Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring product quality and availability, efficiency, and excellent customer service. Effective staff management and problem-solving are essential. Responsibilities

1. Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
2. Operate a POS system, take orders, and collect payment.
3. Prepare and package customer orders to satisfaction.
4. Clean and prepare cooking and prep areas.
5. Operate coffee and sandwich equipment.
6. Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients.

Requirements
