The Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring product quality, availability, efficiency, and excellent customer service. Effective staff management and problem-solving are essential. Responsibilities

1. Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
2. Operate a POS system by taking orders and collecting payments.
3. Prepare and package customer orders to satisfaction.
4. Clean and prepare cooking and prep areas.
5. Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
6. Ensure food quality and quantity.

Minimum Requirements

1. Minimum age of 18.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Physical dexterity to move up to 20 lbs.
4. Ability to operate a computerized POS system.
5. Basic math, written, and verbal skills.
6. Enthusiasm and ability to work as part of a team.
7. Commitment to excellent customer service.
