Requirements

Steer shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers for Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

Communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth transition.
Help department teams meet their goals and meet shift targets.
