Subway is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations in our restaurant. You will focus on guest experience, food preparation, cleanliness, inventory control, and staff scheduling while maintaining high standards of service.

You will cascade training to Sandwich Artists, supervise team members, ensure equipment works properly, and handle paperwork as needed. This full-time/part-time role offers diverse shifts.

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Communication and organizational skills

Physical

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
