Job summary

Subway in Collinsville, OK is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, deliver an excellent guest experience, ensure food is prepared and served to standard, and keep the restaurant clean, functioning, and inviting.

You will cascade training to Sandwich Artists on new responsibilities, schedule and supervise staff, practice inventory control, ensure equipment works during shifts, and complete paperwork as needed. Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend shifts vary by location.

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Communication and organizational skills

Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
