Job summary

Steak ’n Shake Sandusky is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence, and accountability. You will ensure strong openings and closings by setting up the team for success and will set the tone for the shift by motivating and coaching team members for success.

You will deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service that exceeds guest expectations while maintaining brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety.

• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
