Job summary

Steak ’n Shake Acworth seeks a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence, and accountability. You will guide openings/closings, set the shift tone, and coach team members to ensure fast, friendly service that meets brand standards.

As a key leader in a fast-paced setting, you’ll mentor staff, manage deposits, and uphold guest satisfaction. The role offers competitive pay up to $19.50/hour plus bonus options and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• US work authorization required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in supervisory or restaurant management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strong openings and closings by setting up the team for success.
• Set the tone for the shift—motivate and coach team members for success.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Ensure brand standards: cleanliness, food safety, and quality.
• Handle opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities.
• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
