Shift managers play a vital role in our success by assigning, directing, and following up on activities of Crew team members while providing high-quality service and food to our customers. Responsibilities include guiding and coaching crew team members, delegating assignments, instructing, and ensuring follow-through. They ensure proper training and maintain safe working conditions by adhering to safety guidelines. We offer on-the-job training and advancement opportunities to support your growth.
This position does not include direct supervision of other employees; however, Shift Managers monitor tasks performed by crew members to ensure product Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC), and execute established cost control systems including proper food prep, procedure adherence, and bin chart usage to minimize food costs. They may also be responsible for opening or closing procedures.
