Position Overview

The Shift Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, delegates tasks, supervises staff, and resolves issues. They ensure excellent customer service and support franchise partners.

Responsibilities
  • Manage shifts, handle issues like tardy employees, customer complaints, food delivery, etc.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is the top priority.
  • Complete daily paperwork, including shift inventories and profitability reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Enforce brand standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Represent the company professionally and treat staff with respect.
  • Train staff in POS systems, restaurant operations, and customer service.
Qualifications
