Steak ’n Shake Festus is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive top-tier service. You will oversee openings/closings, coach staff, and ensure adherence to brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

• Handle opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities.
• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
