Job summary

Steak ’n Shake Fenton is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with energy and accountability. You will open/close shifts, motivate the team, and ensure fast, friendly service meeting brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, guest service commitment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates should have US work authorization and a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service that exceeds guest expectations
• Ensure all brand standards are met - cleanliness, food safety, and quality
• Handle opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities
• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly
