Job summary

Popeyes is hiring Team Members to deliver hot, fresh meals with Cajun hospitality. You’ll join a team focused on guest satisfaction, fast service, and a clean, safe work area. Roles include Cashier, Crew Member, Cook, and Backline Prep, with opportunities for advancement.

Required as a base: 6 months in QSR, a high school diploma or GED, and availability for evenings/holidays/weekends. POS familiarity and ServSafe are preferred. This is an on-site role with training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, currently preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, friendly guest service and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve hot, fresh food in a clean, safe environment.
