Shift Manager – a leadership position in a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. As a Shift Manager you will be the primary manager for a shift, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service and a high-quality environment for customers and crew.

Responsibilities

As a Shift Manager you will:

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Plan and monitor shift performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain safety, security and profitability while communicating with the next Shift Manager.
