Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring Shift Managers to coach teams, serve guests, and uphold high standards in a fast, supportive environment.

• Communicate & hand off: Brief the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth transitions.
• Hit the numbers: Help your department and shift meet goals for service, quality, and profitability.
