Responsibilities:

1. Oversee operational tasks such as food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
2. Train and develop team members to ensure high-quality service.
3. Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.

5. Monitor inventory levels to minimize waste and improve efficiency.
6. Collaborate with other Shift Managers and management to improve processes.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food/Hospitality industry.
2. Proven leadership and customer service skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
6. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
