Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and to coach team members for outstanding guest experiences. You will support the management team, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and safety and service standards are upheld.

We welcome applicants with restaurant or bar experience and a passion for guest service. The role offers weekly pay, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement within Buffalo Wild Wings.

Competenze

• 2 years restaurant or bar experience preferred.
• Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages where required.
• Strong guest service and time management skills.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

$22.20 -$26.64

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
