Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensure guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and team performance in line with brand standards.

You'll coach team members, monitor labor deployment, oversee food preparation, and handle opening/closing procedures while addressing guest concerns and maintaining a safe, organized environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership, communication, and coaching skills are essential.
• Experience in restaurant or quick-service leadership is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices; ServSafe preferred.

Position Summary

This role serves as the on-duty leader, supporting daily execution, coaching team members, and maintaining Buffalo Wild Wings brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and outstanding guest service
• Manage team member performance, including direction, coaching, and accountability
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and execution in accordance with brand standards
• Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Complete opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and system checks
• Monitor and control labor deployment to meet business needs
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and waste control
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in real time
• Ensure employee meals and purchases are properly rung in and tracked
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Execute directives, tasks, and initiatives as assigned by upper management

Qualifications
