Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO in Saddle Brook, NJ seeks an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, ensuring brand standards and continuous leadership coverage.

You will help manage schedules, orders, food safety, guest satisfaction, and coaching of shift managers while executing openings and closings and adhering to company directives.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures (ServSafe preferred).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Execute initiatives, projects, and directives from upper management.
