Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Moscow, ID is seeking a Shift Lead to help manage daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role focuses on food safety, high-quality service, and teamwork, with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, and opportunities to grow within a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

You will monitor labor and service efficiency, support onboarding and training, and promote sales initiatives and loyalty

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol as required by state or local law.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Previous restaurant leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
