Job summary

Dunkin’ Donuts is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team with coaching to ensure tasks are performed efficiently. You’ll lead guest services with time management, maintain standards, and help maintain a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality management preferred.
• Ability to lead a shift and coach team members.
• Excellent guest service and time-management skills.
