Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts in Ohio is looking for a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team with coaching and guest service. You will help ensure tasks are performed efficiently, maintain store standards, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, time management, and attention to detail. Prior management or supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Coach team members and support the management team.
• Ensure tasks are performed efficiently and store standards are maintained.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly.
