Freebirds World Burrito in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to drive guest service, lead a high-volume team, and uphold our values.

You will mentor staff, ensure recipe adherence and quality, manage cash handling, and participate in ongoing training. This role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within a fast-growing brand.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and carry items up to 70 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods (up to an entire shift)
• Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull regularly for operations, stocking, and equipment use
• Use ladders occasionally
• Work in varying environments including hot kitchen areas and walk‑in coolers/freezers
• Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams
