Overview

This is a Shift Manager position at a McDonald’s franchisee restaurant. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for all employment matters. McDonald’s USA has no control over hiring, firing, or any employment decisions.

Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Key responsibilities include:
