Job summary

Rust-Oleum Corporation is seeking a maintenance technician for our Wisconsin facility. You will repair or replace defective equipment parts, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure production lines operate smoothly on a 6:00 PM to 6:15 AM night shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of industrial experience.
• Experience with filling and packaging equipment.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep machines and buildings running efficiently.
• Inspect drives, motors, belts, fluids, and filters per checklists.
• Assemble, install, or repair wiring, piping, machinery, and equipment.
• Record maintenance type and cost.
• Dismantle devices to access defective parts.
• Diagnose mechanical problems using manuals and catalogs.
• Test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Maintain documentation and enter data.
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears.
