Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products LLC is seeking a Quality Technician at our Appleton, WI plant to monitor product and process quality. The role involves routine inspections, testing, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

You will work on 12-hour rotating shifts (6am–6pm and 6pm–6am), perform testing, document results, and support root-cause investigations while upholding GMP and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SPC and statistical techniques applied to manufacturing quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and documentation of inspection results.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine product inspections and quality testing throughout manufacturing processes.
• Analyze quality data and monitor SPC to identify trends and necessary actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and communicate issues to leadership.
• Support investigations and corrective actions for quality problems.
• Ensure GMP, food safety and quality procedures are followed.
