Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend Gantt charts and use CMMS software (training provided).
• Rotating shift role that alternates weekly and may include non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety and maintenance work areas meet MSHA standards.
• Assigns work to the team per daily and weekly schedule.
• Ensures quality execution of work and reports deviations from the plan.
• Provides coaching, leadership, and direction for department personnel.
• Distributes work orders and provides progress updates daily.
