Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q in Clayton, NC is seeking experienced restaurant shift leaders who can motivate a team, maintain high standards of service, and lead by example. This hourly manager role involves nights and weekend shifts and 30–50 hours per week.

The position pays $16–$18 per hour, with pay depending on availability, experience, and restaurant needs. Health benefits and paid time off are provided.

Hourly Managers, Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q

We are looking for experienced restaurant shift leaders who are motivated and are willing to work hard and lead by example! The ideal Smithfield's Hourly Manager or shift leader believes that a positive outlook is contagious in the workplace and understands how that affects the entire restaurant.

Generally this is at least 30 hours per week, up to 50 hours and will involve nights and weekend shifts too.

Our hourly managers and shift leaders are tasked with leading and being a role model for our co-workers in all aspects from dress code and professional appearance to work ethic and attitude.
$16 - $18/ hr.
*Pay will depend on your availability to work during peak periods, your experience, and needs of the specific restaurant.
