Job summary

Four Oaks Family & Children Services in Mason City, IA is seeking a Shift Leader to guide youth counselors and support a safe, structured, therapeutic environment. This full-time role emphasizes building positive relationships, teaching life skills, and turning everyday situations into learning opportunities.

You will coordinate daily shift activities, help with staffing and scheduling, and ensure accurate documentation while collaborating with program leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or GED plus two years of child welfare experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in a social services related field is preferable.
• Desire to help kids succeed.
