Job summary

Four Oaks is seeking a Shift Leader to guide youth and staff within our programs. You will lead, support, and inspire a team to create a safe, structured environment where youth can grow, build confidence, and learn life skills.

Ideal candidates are at least 21 with a high school diploma or GED and two years of child welfare experience; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Competitive pay and strong benefits accompany this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and inspire youth counselors and team during your shift.

• Coordinate daily shift activities, document accurately, and support program operations.
• Collaborate with program leadership on staffing, scheduling, transportation, and daily program needs.
• Help youth recognize their strengths, overcome challenges, and celebrate progress.
