Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of experience in production, preferably in food processing or fast-paced manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency with MS Office applications; KRONOS knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Win the shift by ensuring product, equipment, and processes meet world-class standards for quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Foster a culture of associate engagement by respecting, including, and empowering all associates.
• Coach associates to develop a problem-solving mindset and achieve world-class standards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to solve issues and keep production on schedule.
• Deliver KPIs for People, Quality, Safety, Service, and Cost.
