Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee’s in Bishopville, SC. You will supervise shifts, train crew, and ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety while controlling labor and inventory.

This role requires 1 year of shift management experience, 18+ years old, and the ability to pass background and drug tests; a valid driver’s license is preferred. We offer weekly pay, benefits, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• 1 year of shift management experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Preferably valid driver’s license
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew; assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Be responsible for all cash during shifts and ensure cash procedures are followed.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standard and professionalism.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to provide a safe environment.
