Qualifications

• 18 years or older and able to pass background checks and drug screening.
• 1 year of shift management experience or supervisory role.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• Capable of maintaining standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shifts to discuss operations and safety.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain records and reports per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper procedures.
• Manage cash handling during shifts, including deposits.
• Ensure appearance and professionalism; enforce policies for safety and security.
• Represent BNE professionally and support company values.
