ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is seeking Retail Team Members in Satellite Beach, FL to deliver exceptional guest service and support store goals. You will greet Guests, operate the POS, verify age, promote our wine, spirits, beer, and cigars, assist with merchandising and stocking, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

The role involves flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, with a strong emphasis on guest experience and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required, though customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests upon entry and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Operate POS system and process transactions, apply discounts, verify rewards, and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain Responsible Vendor status for alcohol & tobacco purchases with proper ID for age verification.
• Learn and promote ABC’s wine, spirits, beer, and cigars, including Sourced & Certified products.
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and visual presentation to meet store goals.
• Receive and stock store deliveries and keep the store clean and organized.
