Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is seeking a friendly Retail Team Member in Leesburg, FL to greet Guests, operate the POS system, verify age, and promote our wide selection of wines, spirits, beers, and cigars.

You will assist with merchandising, restocking, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. The role includes loading/unloading deliveries and providing wrapping and carryout services when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs demand.
• No prior retail experience required, though previous customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests upon entry and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Operate POS system accurately and handle transactions, discounts, rewards, and age verification.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and assist with stocking and merchandising.
• Promote products and knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and cigars.
• Assist with deliveries, receiving invoices, and stock in the backroom.
• Provide wrapping, gift baskets, and carryout service as needed.
