Job summary

RPM Pizza in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a part-time Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store goals while upholding brand standards.

You will train and coach Team Members, assist in scheduling and safety compliance, and collaborate with the General Manager to drive performance. This role requires completing RPM training, strong communication, and a team-oriented attitude, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
