RPM Pizza, a Domino’s franchise, seeks an Assistant Manager in Mobile, AL, to lead shifts, ensure top service and quality, and support daily store operations. You will mentor Team Members, manage scheduling, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires completing RPM training, strong communication, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Growth opportunities exist through RPM Pizza College and leadership programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and at least 21 to drive.
• Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
