Job summary

Panera Bread in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Team Manager to lead daily shifts, coach and develop team members, and uphold our high standards of guest service and food quality.

You’ll interview and hire, train in food safety, and support a culture of warmth and teamwork while driving toward sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction on busy shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead shifts, motivate, coach and develop others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification or ability to achieve certification.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends; background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Make sure every guest is delighted by the quality of our food, service, and staff.
• Build engaging relationships that drive long-term guest loyalty.
• Lead, manage and develop team members through coaching and recognition.
