• Reviews daily deployment sheet and adjusts to optimize team efficiency while controlling labor costs.
• Performs restaurant opening and closing procedures.
• Coaches team on safety practices and Culver's hazard communication program.
• Trains team on all restaurant positions and ensures product knowledge for guests.
