Huck’s Market, operated by Martin & Bayley, Inc., is hiring a Senior Associate to support daily store operations and contribute to store profitability. This role offers a path to promotion to store manager upon successful training and openings.

You will handle customer service, cash handling, merchandising, scheduling, safety, and basic bookkeeping while leading by example and adhering to company policies. Relocation opportunities are negotiable upon openings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide courteous service
• Monitor shift operating hours and assist the Store Manager with scheduling
• Fill in for the Store Manager during days off and peak hours
• Complete shift change reports and record hours worked accurately
• Handle cash, deposits, and daily paperwork per policy
• Address personnel issues and maintain proper conduct
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies
• Promote Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers
