Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or convenience store experience required.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard new employees.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal.
• Manage inventory, assist with ordering, and perform stock checks.
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
• Complete daily paperwork in PDI when the Store Manager is off.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Step in for the Store Manager as needed.
