Job summary

CVS Health in Huntersville, NC is hiring a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer loyalty. This role leads the store staff in the absence of a manager and ensures all opening/closing tasks are completed, with a focus on service quality.

The position requires strong communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills, plus flexibility for early mornings, overnights and weekends. A High School diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support store management and drive store execution and customer loyalty.
• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure smooth operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise the crew by directing, assigning, and following up on all activities and communicating with management.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and manage off-shelf merchandise.
