Job summary

CVS Health in Shirley, NY seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations when management is unavailable, ensuring opening/closing procedures and strong customer service. You will supervise staff, coordinate with management, and maintain merchandise and displays to drive loyalty and sales.

This full-time role requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends, with a pay range of $19.00–$28.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments after planograms and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
