Coborn’s is hiring a Shift Manager to lead store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director. You will oversee receiving and stocking, merchandising setup, and guest assistance on the sales floor. This role requires guiding team members to maintain smooth operations throughout the shift.

• Leadership experience in a retail store
• Ability to manage store operations in the absence of store leadership
• Customer facing with greeting guests and assisting them in finding items

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and prepare product for floor merchandising
• Break down deliveries, stock shelves, build displays and greet guests on the sales floor
• Provide guidance to team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts
