• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and prepare products for floor merchandising.
• Break down deliveries, stock shelves, build displays, and greet guests on the sales floor.
• Guide and direct team members to ensure smooth operation throughout each shift.
