Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. in Minneapolis is hiring a Shift Manager to provide leadership coverage and oversee store operations when the Store Director and Assistant Store Director are unavailable.

You will receive merchandise, prepare items for floor merchandising, break down deliveries, stock shelves, build displays, greet guests, and assist them in finding items. You will guide team members to ensure smooth shifts and a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and prepare product for merchandising on the floor.
• Efficiently break down deliveries, stock shelves, build displays with packaged products, and greet guests on the salesfloor while assisting them.
• Guide and direct team members throughout the store to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
