Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts in a high-volume Domino’s franchise, delivering top-notch customer service and upholding brand standards. You’ll support the General Manager, coach Team Members, and drive store goals through hands-on leadership and daily training.

Ideal candidates are reliable, people-oriented, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to complete RPM Pizza College courses and safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to drive (21+).
• Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Pizza College).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
