Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver great customer service, and support store goals. You will coach Team Members, manage scheduling, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.

This hourly role includes RPM and Domino’s training, with room for professional growth within the company. The position requires 18+ (21+ to drive), plus Food Safety Certification as mandated locally.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old; 21+ to drive.
• Completed RPM training (e.g., Pizza College or Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
